Harval Bassi

After completing a Bachelor's degree in political science and history at York University, Harval Bassi obtained a law degree from the University of Leicester Faculty of Law. During his time at the law school, Mr. Bassi was an active participant in the mooting program and finished as a finalist in the prestigious Weightmans LLP client negotiations competition.

Having focused his studies on the criminal justice system, Harval completed his articles with a renowned criminal law firm in downtown Toronto. After his call to the Ontario bar, Mr. Bassi worked as an associate lawyer with the same prominent law firm and also gained membership to the Barreau du Quebec. During this time Mr. Bassi conducted and participated in several high profile cases that garnered international attention.

Mr. Bassi's practice is exclusively focused on the realm of the criminal justice system and regulatory law. Having conducted numerous trials and appeals, Mr. Bassi has the requisite skills and experience to provide his client's with the best defence possible. Harval has also conducted numerous matters involving the Ontario Securities Commission and various professional disciplinary committees. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Bassi's experience has ranged from first-degree murder to impaired driving matters. Having dealt with numerous high profile cases that cover various spectrum's of the criminal justice system, Mr. Bassi is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to fight for your rights.

Harval Bassi is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Criminal Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
